Rural Development Organization (RDO Hostel) has established in 2012 by Fidelis E Filipatali in Mdabulo Village , at Mufindi District , Iringa Tanzania. The main goal is to provide accomodation to those who come at RDO Vocational Training Centre or elsewhere to take a Long Course or Short Course training. Also aim  to promote development in rural areas especially in Agriculture, Education and Special Group Empowerment as well as Enviromental Conservation.
